Grading Starts on Black Hills Industrial Center Site

As of September 9, 2022, land grading has officially started for the Black Hills Industrial Center. Those who drive on Old Folsom Road, south of Catron Blvd. in Rapid City, will see large trucks driving on the site including scraping, discing, and blading equipment. Each week, there will be a noticeable difference to the landscape. With several spots on site needing 12+ feet of fill or cuts, the leveling of the industrial park will take several months to complete.
